Chemistry is the study of matter. Our understanding of chemical processes thus depends on our ability to acquire accurate information about matter. Often, this information is quantitative, in the form of measurements. In this lab, you will be introduced to some common measuring devices, and learn how to use them to obtain correct measurements, each with correct precision. A metric ruler will be used to measure length in centimeters (cm).

Anatomy and Physiology is a dynamic textbook for the two-semester human anatomy and physiology course for life science and allied health majors. Course DescriptionAn introductory course in basic microbiology with selected applied techniques in the areas of culture, identification, limited physiology of normal flora and well-known pathogens.  Host responses to disease, organism transmission, and the relationship of organisms to man, animals, and environment will be examined.  Lecture is 3 hours weekly and lab is 3 hours weekly. 

This is the second course of a two-course sequence in biology intended for majors. This course explores mechanisms of evolution, diversity and classification of life, population and community ecology and selected vertebrate body systems.This course has adopted the OER textbook "Biology 2e" from OpenStax. 

Concepts of Biology is designed for the introductory biology course for nonmajors taught at most two- and four-year colleges.
